Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and Sim Game Studio (“we”, “us”) for the Pocket Fishing game and this website. By creating an account in the app or by using Pocket Fishing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Pocket Fishing is for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and the law where you live allows you to use it. You play with a Sim Game Studio account, governed by these Terms.

What Pocket Fishing is

Pocket Fishing is a pixel-art fishing game for entertainment. Trips use virtual in-game credits on your Sim Game Studio account. Our game services determine the result of each cast, and the game shows it as a catch, a fish that escaped or no catch.

The app has no in-app purchases or advertisements. The game’s own words, such as “boat rental”, “catch reward” and “fishing royal”, are names for amounts of virtual in-game credits, not charges or fees.

Your Sim Game Studio account

You play Pocket Fishing with a Sim Game Studio account, which you sign in to or create in the app. Sim Game Studio owns and operates all account and gameplay servers and services. We manage your account and its records under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account registrations made through Pocket Fishing may be associated with the game for attribution and reporting purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how registration data is handled.

You are responsible for your sign-in. Keep your password and any two-factor code private, and keep your phone locked. If you think someone else has used your account, change your Sim Game Studio account password and stop using the game on that phone until you have.

Entertainment purposes

Pocket Fishing is made for entertainment only. Its trips, results and figures are part of the game: they are not advice or a recommendation of any kind, and they say nothing about anything outside the game.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts or any other automation to play;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the game, except where the law lets you do so despite this term;
• overload, probe or attack our servers, or get around their security or limits;
• use someone else’s account without their permission;
• use the game or this website in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

Intellectual property

The game, including its code and its pixel art, belongs to Sim Game Studio. Its music and sound effects are works of their own authors, used under free licences. The AppsFlyer name and marks belong to AppsFlyer. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Pocket Fishing on your own devices, under these Terms. We keep all rights that we do not expressly give you.

Availability and changes

The game uses servers and services owned and operated by Sim Game Studio. When the connection to our servers is slow or lost, the game may not let you cast, and our game service may be unable to process it. We may change the game, release updates, or suspend or stop the game or any part of it, and we do not promise that it will always work, work without errors or be available.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent the law allows, Pocket Fishing is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that results or any other information in the game are accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sim Game Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it, if any.

Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing in them takes away the rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pocket Fishing at any time. You can delete your Pocket Fishing data from the app and uninstall it; the Delete Account page explains how. Deleting data on your phone does not close your Sim Game Studio account on our servers. You can ask us to close it and delete its data by email, as described on that page.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law, or if we must do so to protect the game, our servers or other people.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the game after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms, unless the law requires another form of consent.
